The Installation team are fully focused on installing high performance cabling systems with a nice finish, or what we at Online call - "Cabling With Finesse".
We are very proud of the quality of finish we can achieve and we are delighted that we can share some of our installation photos with you.
Below are just some of our quality installations over the years.
Cable Support and Tying:
Cable support is paramount in a cabling system especially with category 6 and 6a systems and will affect the performance of the cabling system dramatically.
Often this support is needed in areas that you cannot see, such as under a floor or in a ceiling cavity. It is important that the cabling is correctly supported by a catinary wire or cable tray.
Below are some samples of how this should be installed.
Patch Panels, Racks and Cabinets:
Patch panels, racks and cabinets are the centre of your cabling system and as such are very important. They need to be well labelled, laid out logically and have good cable management and pathways.
The examples below are how they should look.
Outlets:
Outlets should be well mounted, labelled clearly and be co-located with other services such as power outlets.

Trenching and Ducting:
Trenching and duct is an important aspect of cabling pathways.
It is important to install underground ducting correctly, including depth, sweeping bends, access at changes of direction, warning tape above the ducts, spare capacity in the installed duct and installing a spare duct for future use.

Patching:
Patching at the patch panel can be a very messy affair. With colour coding, cable management and following some simple patching rules the end result can be good looking and easy to administer.
Fibre-optic Splicing:
Splicing of fibre is something that not many companies can do well. As you can see from the picture below our installation team have got this down to a fine art!
