Online Communications Team
The people that make up the Online team are the key to the company's success. The team consists of 30 people, all vastly skilled in their own areas of expertise and are totally dedicated to quality and service.
Our Installation Team
Online's large installation team boasts a very experienced team of installers and technicians. The installation supervisors are well experienced and most have been part of the Online team for many years, many over 10 years.
The cabling team is fully trained in the latest cabling systems and products. All the team are fully trained and certified to install many leading brands of cabling hardware. The team are fully focused on installing high performance cabling systems with a nice finish, or what we at Online call - "Cabling With Finesse"
The technical team consists of a group of highly skilled and trained, experienced technicians. While the team specialises in the LG Aria and Toshiba range of telephone systems (and many others), IP surveillance camera systems and wireless network systems they have many other skills to share.
Our Management Team
Grant Major - Managing Director
Grant is a founder and owner of Online.
Grant is responsible for the overall day to day management of Online including financial control of the company, staff relations and employment and Online' systems and processes.
Grant manages a selection of Online's key accounts and he also manages many of the nation-wide projects and installations.
Grant is a certified AMP Netconnect cable system designer. Email Grant
Clark Meister RCDD - Director
Clark is a founder and owner of Online.
Clark is responsible for many related aspects of Online including; supplier management, product management, staff training, health and safety, facilities management and marketing, including; company image and website.
Clark manages many of Online's key accounts, enjoys project management of school and college installations as well as large installations. Clark is a specialist in the area of cabling systems for schools.
Clark is an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), certified Systimax, Siemon and AMP Netconnect cable system designer and AMP Netconnect and Molex Installer. Email Clark
Debbie Williams - Office Manager
Debbie has been with Online since 1996.
Debbie manages the office functions for Online, including front line client liaison, debtors and creditors, payroll, installation staff performance and management of the office staff.
Debbie also manages and assists with some of our nation-wide projects. Email Debbie
Graeme Hunt - Project Manager
Graeme had been with Online for 5 years in the 1980s and returned in 1996.
Originally one of our cabling installers, Graeme has developed into a skilled project manager. Graeme manages many of our projects, specialising in tendering, large projects and school cabling systems. Graeme role also includes management of installation staff performance with Debbie and training facilitator.
Graeme is skilled in all aspects of cabling and is a certified AMP Netconnect and Siemon Designer, AMP Netconnect and Krone installer. Email Graeme
Erik Andersen - Project Manager
Erik had been with Online for 5 years in the 1980s and returned in 1996.
Originally one of our cabling installers Erik has developed into a skilled project manager managing many of our projects, specialising in the Corrections project.
Erik is skilled in all aspects of cabling, is a specialist in fibre terminations and fibre splicing, Erik is a certified AMP Netconnect and Molex installer .

Sarah Williams - Operations Co-ordinator
Sarah has been with Online since 2004.
Sarah's many roles include managing the installation schedule, stock procurement, management of plant and fleet, health and safety administration and training, additionally Sarah creates and maintains many of our cabling plans. Email Sarah
Bronia Coulson - Reception
Bronia joined Online in 2007.
Bronia has a background in customer services and sales. Bronia is the person you will first talk to when calling Online.
Bronia’s many roles include; managing reception, product orders, warranties, nation-wide installer coordinator and creating and maintaining cabling plans and documentation. Email Bronia
