Since 1997, Online has maintained the contract to support all the sites for the Department of Corrections nationwide.

Online has supported Department of Corrections nationwide for over 25 years, this includes prisons, offices, new builds, UPS support, Wi-Fi, P1-P4 type reactive break/fix service, technology supply and commissioning, and bespoke installs.  As you can imagine this is a challenging contract which includes 24x7 support for 18 prison sites nationwide and business hours support over 100 sites nation-wide.
Many of Online’s larger projects are delivered in partnership with construction companies responsible for new builds and major refurbishments. In these environments, the performance, coordination and reliability of specialist subcontractors are critical to overall project success.

In alignment with Victoria University’s commitment to the SYSTIMAX cabling system, only certified SYSTIMAX installation partners are engaged. Online has maintained this qualification and supported the University in this capacity for more than 20 years.

In addition to major capital works, Online provides ongoing support through minor works, moves, additions and changes, and associated infrastructure services. This includes equipment mounting, network connection and commissioning, wireless deployments, security camera systems, AV installations and broader technical support aligned with the Council’s IT operational requirements.
Online has been Foodstuffs’ preferred cabling contractor since 1996, including for their major distribution centres. This relationship began with the Lower North Island Co-operative and continued following its merger with the Upper North Island Co-operative, further expanding Online’s scope and national involvement.
Services provided include the supply and installation of structured cabling systems, telephone systems, EFTPOS and point-of-sale terminals, RF base stations, electronic label systems, as well as fault response, maintenance and broader network support services.
With the establishment of the Christchurch branch under the Online brand, support was extended to include Foodstuffs South Island operations.

For over 30 years, Online has been responsible for cabling systems, EFTPOS and point-of-sale terminals, RF base stations, electronic label systems, fault response, maintenance, and other network services.
Online has been working with Massey University in Wellington since 1994, and in 2015 Online became the sole cabling provider for all 3 campuses - Albany, Manawatu and Wellington. 
Schools have very specific and challenging cabling and telecommunications requirements. This is an area where the Online team has considerable expertise.  Online is a fully approved ICT contractor for cabling and wireless installations and is known for their expertise, adherence to standards and quality of work in schools.

Online has been the preferred cabling contractor for KiwiRail since 2000. Services provided include cabling systems, CCTV cabling, local network support, and the installation of network hardware.
Online has been the preferred cabling systems contractor nationwide since 2017. Services provided include structured cabling systems, soft wiring, desktop technology installation and relocation, and meeting room technology solutions.
Online has worked closely with Datacom for over 15 years, delivering cabling installations within their Wellington head office and data centre. Over the past decade, this relationship has expanded to include cabling and network hardware installations, as well as ongoing support for a number of their nationwide clients.
