From design and installation through to ongoing support, these services are delivered by people who understand both the technology and the environments in which it operates.
Online’s team structure brings together long-standing leadership, technically grounded project managers, and experienced branch teams with network cabling specialists across New Zealand. Centralised leadership and project management are supported by a strong head office in Wellington, and skilled teams in Palmerston North, Christchurch, and New Plymouth, ensuring consistent standards, clear communication, and reliable delivery on projects of any scale.

Single-Point Accountability - Online project managers also act as dedicated account managers, retaining full responsibility from initiation through to completion. This model ensures continuity, reduces risk and provides clients with clear, consistent communication at every stage.

Team Online Wellington is the core of Online Communications and home to leadership management. The installation team consists of almost 20 installers including our Extreme Team that specialises in SYSTIMAX installations. The experience of this team is vast with many installers and project managers having more than 20 years' service in the company. Team Wellington completed most of our prestigious projects and have certainly left their mark on the Wellington region - the team can be 100% counted on to deliver your project on time and on budget.

Branch office - Palmerston North, Manawatu
Team Online Manawatū numbers 15 staff and is our longest-established branch. Covering a large geographic area, the team delivers significant and technically demanding projects across the region. Team Manawatū regularly undertakes complex installations in challenging environments, including work within tunnels and on elevated infrastructure.
Led by Branch Manager and Director Jared Phipps, and supported by three experienced project managers, the team brings decades of combined expertise to every engagement, ensuring consistent delivery and dependable outcomes.

Team Online Canterbury is a team of seven, largely formed through the acquisition of Hi-Tech Cabling. With decades of combined experience, the team brings strong local knowledge and a practical, down-to-earth approach to every project. Skilled installers and trusted colleagues, they take real pride in the quality of their work. Led by Branch Manager Sholto Talbot, this is a team you can confidently rely on to deliver your project.

Team Online Taranaki is our newest branch, formed through the acquisition of Business Communications Taranaki (BCT). This team of five supports clients across the region, delivering solutions for a diverse and often unique range of Taranaki organisations. Led by Branch Manager Andrew Wilkinson, the team brings a strong mix of experience and fresh perspective, backed by genuine Taranaki tenacity and a commitment to getting the job done right.
